The following menu will be served at the CWMC 10 dinner.
Everyone will be served the same salad and dessert. Please
select one of the three entrees for each member of your party when
sending in your reservation. This information will be used by the
restaurant in order for them to have sufficient fresh foods on hand for
the evening. Coffee, iced tea, and soft drinks with dinner are
included in the $25 price. Cocktails and other alcoholic
beverages before and during dinner will be an additional cost.
Dinner will start with a green salad with ranch dressing and will
be finished with a dessert of carrot cake. Please select from one
of the following three entrees:
1) Lemon Pepper Chicken - Breast of chicken seasoned with the
restaurant's own lemon pepper mix and grilled mushrooms. Served
with sauteed squash and baked potato.
2) Mountain Rainbow Trout - A delicate fish, lightly seasoned
and pan fried to a golden brown, served with steamed broccoli and cole
slaw.
3) Tahoe Chops - Three carefully chosen pork chops, lightly
breaded and flat grilled to a golden brown, served with mashed potatos,
gravy, and applesauce.
